Company History

Advantos has provided the asset management industry with the most accurate and reliable real estate enterprise application since its inception in 1977 as one of the first truly server based real estate enterprise software applications.

The company has since developed a full range of web based and server based products for the real estate management industry. Unlike many software vendors, Advantos has developed all of its current product offerings in-house based on the needs of clients and not based on acquisitions or partner programs with other vendors. This provides for a seamless integration of all software products and an attention to customer needs unmatched in the industry.

Advantos remains privately held and client driven.
