Payroll now available for Management companies...
Advantos Systems, Inc. is making available the DataTrust Enterprise
Payroll module to all users of the DataTrust Enterprise Property
Management application. This new module interfaces with the
current DataTrust Enterprise application and dramatically
reduces the need for additional postings to general ledger
or accounts payable. In addition, it provides multi-client
costs allocation across all the management company clients.
DataTrust Enterprise Payroll has all the standard features
expected of a payroll application. Additional features include:
- Run payroll from a single account for all your properties
or from each property.
- Distribute employer/employee expenses to multiple properties.
- Built-in user access security.
- MICR check printing or Direct Deposit.
- Inclusion of all state and federal withholding, including
unemployment and workers compensation.
In
addition to the above, there is no more calculating and posting
state unemployment and workers compensation obligations by
hand. All payroll transactions are automatically updated to
general ledger and accounts payable. Employees can work at
multiple properties and receive a single paycheck and a single
W2. Tax reporting can be done for each property or for all
properties in one report.
The DataTrust Enterprise Payroll module is an ideal addition
to those utilizing the DataTrust Enterprise Property Management
application. The addition of this module offers tremendous
cost savings and provides an additional revenue source for
those management companies using it.
Peter Haskett stated this release is available on both the
Windows NT/2000/XP platform and the Red Hat Linux release.
