The Advantos Enterprise™ property management software products are web based and hosted on servers running Microsoft Windows 2003 Server and IIS. They are not Windows based products accessed using terminal services. Users can access servers hosting Advantos Enterprise™ with a browser from anywhere on the Internet, including resident managers from remote locations. This release is an enterprise application using a browser interface which does not require any software installation on the workstation.
Internet Explorer 6 or above is the only requirement for extended functionality. Our property management software is fast, scalable and extremely easy to use in both start-up companies and companies managing large portfolios of properties.

Advantos can install Advantos Enterprise ™ in client offices or it can be hosted on Advantos servers and rented for one low monthly fee – usually at half the price of other leading property management software providers.

No Software Installation At Workstations
Since our software is server based, there is no need to load it on each local workstation. This simplifies all aspects of software use and maintenance.
