Advantos Systems Inc. offers two broad Property Management Software products: Advantos Enterprise™ and Hometastic Web™.  Advantos Enterprise™ is a full service accounting and property management package that combines property management functions with a full complement of accounting functions; including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger (with full financial statements), work order maintenance, budgeting, multi-state and multi-client payroll, and a complete banking module (with EFT, ACH, and remittance/lockbox processing).  These functions all integrate seamlessly within a single database.  Hometastic Web™ enables property management companies to create websites for their HOA clients in minutes, with access to back-end accounting services in real time.  It also allows designated owners of apartments and offices to review their financial statements on-line, also in real time, through the property management company web site.

Advantos Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of property management software solutions for managing homeowner associations and apartment/commercial properties.  Ordinarily our clients are management or investment organizations managing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.  However, some of our clients are small, managing just a few properties, but they work full time at developing their business.

Advantos product delivery
The company’s Advantos Enterprise™ suite of property management software products is available either on-line as an ASP (Application Service Provider) solution, using servers at the Advantos service center, or through direct installation at the client site.

Technology behind Advantos software
The Advantos Enterprise™ property management software products are web based and hosted on servers running Microsoft Windows 2003 Server and IIS.  They are not Windows based product accessed using terminal services.  Users can access servers hosting Advantos Enterprise™ with a browser from anywhere on the internet, including resident managers from remote locations.  This release is an enterprise application using a browser interface which does not require any software installation on the workstation.  Internet Explorer 6 or above is the only requirement for extended functionality.  Our property management software is fast, scalable and extremely easy to use in both start-up companies and companies managing large portfolios of properties.  Advantos can install Advantos Enterprise ™ in client offices or it can be hosted on Advantos servers and rented for one low monthly fee – usually at half the price of other leading property management software providers.
