Place Dwelling, LLC selects Advantos Enterprise ASP…
SAN DIEGO, CA, August 15, 2005 - Advantos Systems, Inc., a
leading industry provider of software solutions for the real
estate management industry, announced that Cool Place Dwelling,
LLC, headquartered in Lexington, KY, has signed an agreement
to begin using the Advantos Enterprise ® property management
software application to handle accounting and administrative
functions, as well as the Hometastic ® web site software
used for each of it's association web site needs.
Cool Place Dwelling carefully reviewed the functionality of
the Advantos suite of software products, and selected Advantos
based on their performance review. "We liked what we
saw. Their accounting and HOA web site software was tightly
integrated and they have been around for over 25 years. That
was important to us", stated Craig Johnson, CEO. "But
what really sealed the agreement was their ASP service. We
pay a low monthly rental to use the software on their server.
They host everything. All we have to do is connect to it via
the Internet", he commented. "It's really very convenient.
We connect from any PC in our office or from home. We don't
have to worry about file backups or any issues of hardware
or software conflicts. They handle all the networking issues.
We just come in, push a button, and use the software. It's
