West
End Management and Leasing, LTD subscribes to Advantos ASP
SAN DIEGO, CA, December 1, 2005 – Advantos Systems,
Inc. today announced an agreement with West End Management
and Leasing, LTD to deploy their Advantos Enterprise property
management software application. West End Management is located
in St. Louis, MO and manages a combination of over 6,000 apartments
and community association units in the St. Louis area.
West End felt flexibility was important in any software product
they selected. “I was interested in a software product
that could easily handle both apartments and Community associations”,
Allen Yaffe, principal, stated. “I reviewed their products
and was impressed with the quality of the software and, frankly,
the amount of time they have been in business. That says a
lot. 25 years is a long time.” |
