Community Management live with Advantos Enterprise by Advantos
SAN DIEGO, CA, November 1, 2005 – Select Community Management
recently announced an agreement with Advantos Systems, Inc.
to deploy their Advantos by Advantos Enterprise property
management software application. Select Community Management
is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan and manages several thousand
community association units throughout southern Michigan.
“We were interested in a software package that could
automate our entire receivables system. Their software met
that requirement”, stated Mark Hawley, principal. “Between
lock-box payments and automatic deductions from homeowner
checking accounts, that handles about 97% of our homeowner
payments, and we now don’t touch the payments. They
are processed by our bank and automatically updated to our
accounting system and processed as payments automatically.
It’s a huge improvement in our efficiency.” |
