| Alliance implemented the Advantos software in 1989. They needed a product that would be fast and tightly integrated throughout all modules. What does Advantos Enterprise software give? We were pleasantly surprised with the speed and power of the application stated kelly Peterson, Controller. With the old software, we were forced to enter information, print reports and close out the month one property at a time. With Advantos, it can all be done in batch. This helps us tremendously. For example, now we don’t have to do A/P check runs one project at a time. We put blank check stock in the laser printer and give the command to print all checks for all properties. The same is true for data entry and everything else. We stay in one data entry screen to post all rental payments for all properties, for example. She stated. To be honest, that capability is so important and so time-saving, we couldn’t live without it. |
